Congrats to DHEDF Teacher Advisory Council Members Jenn Donais (2016 PAEMST Awardee K-6th, Massachusetts Mathematics) and Reggie Duncan (2016 PAEMST Awardee K-6th, Illinois Mathematics) for participating on a PAEMST Alumni Panel at the EASE (Excellence Awards in Science and Engineering )2022 Recognition Event in Washington DC the week of 23 May 2022 and for having been appointed as PAEMST Alumni Representatives for Massachusetts and Illinois, respectively. Please reach out if you are interested in applying for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Math and Science teaching. The Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST) are the highest honors bestowed by the United States government specifically for K-12 science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and/or computer science teaching. The Awards were established by Congress in 1983. The President may recognize up to 108 exemplary teachers each year. Applications will come out in the late summer. Feel free to ask questions!
