First, we at AFRS Detachment 1 wanted to start a newsletter to share the steps we have been taking to inform, influence, and inspire the next generation of aviators. Included you’ll find highlights of a few events, a summary of a few of our programs, and a list of upcoming events. Second, We wanted to share our upcoming Rise Above Aviation Mentorship (RAAM) in August. This is an interactive, zoom based, presentation where we connect current Air Force Aviators with those wanting to learn more. One of the topics we will cover in August is details on the Aim High Flight Academy and how to apply.
