For more than five years, the Aerospace STEM Endowment Fund has provided support to underprivileged, minority students achieving their dreams of studying science, technology, engineering, or math at a four-year college or university. The Dr. Wanda M. Austin STEM Scholarship was named after Aerospace’s former CEO and president for her dedication to STEM education support, and offers scholarships, grants, and teacher education programs.

The Dr. Wanda M. Austin STEM Scholarship, part of Aerospace's commitment to increasing diversity in STEM fields, provides financial support and opportunities to underprivileged, minority students pursuing science, technology, engineering, or math degrees at four-year institutions. Named after Aerospace's former CEO and president, the scholarship awards up to $10,000 annually, renewable for four years, covering tuition and expenses. Recipients benefit from paid summer internships at Aerospace, mentorship from employees, and access to various departments. Additionally, the scholarship program recognizes other top applicants as "AeroScholars." Funding for the scholarship comes from the Aerospace STEM Endowment Fund, sustained through donations and charitable contributions.
